It takes a coven to create an event like Fang Around! Would you like to hand your hand to our team? We are looking for a variety of volunteers to help throughout the festivals and events, including setup and teardown. Below is a list of example volunteer positions. For a detailed look at the positions, please click the button "Register to Volunteer" below.

Decor Team: Fabricate and craft props and decorations for the day of the event. Install decor the day before, remove day after.

Stage Team: Assists Stage Manager with various tasks and act as assistant audio tech, assistant lighting tech, stage assistant, MC, performer assistant.

Load-In Team: Reports in to Leads to assist with Vendor load-in. Hours begin early, 3 hours prior to the start of the event. Assists with directing vendors to their assigned booth and assisting vendors with unloading their vehicles.

Vendor Team: Periodically checks in with Vendors. Must be comfortable interacting with people.

Load-Out Team: Reports in to Leads to assist with Vendor load-out. Assists vendors with loading vehicles to ensure a timely process of clearing the street.

Tear-Down Crew: Combs the district the day after the event for final debris removal, assis with decor removal, and general cleanup. 

To register as a volunteer, please fill out an application. Orientation is tentatively scheduled for the week prior to the event.
